IMR 551

G-161 X

Description

G-161X is a very efficient internal release agent with lubricant properties, formulated for polyester- epoxy and acrylic resins .
G-161X is free of silicones. Due to its chemical consistency G-161X allows for post- treatment after release such as painting or foaming on top of the created surface without any additional treatment such as sanding.
G-161 X will achieve a more water resistant surface of the produced parts.

Fiberline 406 FR

Description

Fiberline 406 FR is a combination of a wetting agent and a release agent for the Particle Board, OSB and MDF industry.
Fiberline 406 FR is especially designed to avoid build up in the blender if MUF or a high amount of MF is been used.
Fiberline 406 FR must be added directly to the glue and will give excellent release performance and low reduction of build up in the press as well.
Fiberline 406 FR shows already at low dosages excellent results (0.5 % - 1.0 % by weight on liquid glue)

Fiberline 408

Description

Fiberline 408 is a combination of a wetting agent and a release agent for the wood industry.
Fiberline 408 can be diluted 1:25 -1:50 with water and sprayed continously on the fibres.
Fiberline 408 is especially suitable for the production of hardboards in the wet process.

RA-330-0

Description

RA-330/0 is a special internal release agent added directly to any aqueous resin system (melamine, phenolic or urea aqueous resin mixture), used for high pressure and low pressure impregnation. Basic requirements for release agents for aqueous resins are fully met by
RA-330/0.

1. Shorting or pressing time (down to under 20 sec.)
2. Prevention of formation of deposits on the press plates. The result can be 2-3 times extended tool service life a reduction in production stoppages and lower production costs.
3. RA-330/0 also acts as an ideal stabilizer for resins in transit or storage.

RA-330/0 consist of synthetic resins and surfactant substances. Special emulsifiers enable complete compatibility with many resin system regardless of resin bath standing time. Storage at low temperatures may cause partial sedimentation, but dissolves again between 20-40 °C.
Dosage levels of TAG additives should be tested initially at the lowest recommended levels. If the desired results are not achieved; the dosage should be increased in increments until the upper dosage level is reached.

RA-330/0 can be used in combination with other TAG additives to solve many product and process problems.
