Category overview of application range 'Wood products (MDF-OSB-Particle board)'
402 W is a release-/wetting agent for the production of thin MDF-/HDF boards (1.5 mm -10.0 mm). This new development shows excellent release properties by low usage. 402 W is paintable and forms excellent high density surfaces of the produced boards which will reduce tremendously the amount of used paint. Additionally it will avoid during the paint process the so called "orange skin" on the board surface. Such new development is suitable for Weko-/ Imal spray-system, doesn´t cause gel forming and has no foaming tendency. 402 W is already used in full production at different wellknown producers of thin MDF-/HDF boards

Fiberline 406 FR is a combination of a wetting agent and a release agent for the Particle Board, OSB and MDF industry.
Fiberline 406 FR is especially designed to avoid build up in the blender if MUF or a high amount of MF is been used.
Fiberline 406 FR must be added directly to the glue and will give excellent release performance and low reduction of build up in the press as well.
Fiberline 406 FR shows already at low dosages excellent results (0.5 % - 1.0 % by weight on liquid glue)
Fiberline 406 FR can be used at:
- Single presses
- Multidaylight presses
- Continous presses
Fiberline 408 is a combination of a wetting agent and a release agent for the wood industry.
Fiberline 408 can be diluted 1:25 -1:50 with water and sprayed continously on the fibres.
Fiberline 408 is especially suitable for the production of hardboards in the wet process.
Fiberline 408 can be also used at:
- Single presses
- Multidaylight presses
Fiberline 410 is a combination of wetting agents and flow promoters for the Particle Board, OSB and MDF industry.
Fiberline 410 is also used as an additive for the production of stone wool and glass wool.
Fiberline 410 should be added directly to the glue.
Fiberline 410 shows already at low dosages excellent results (0.5 % - 1.0 % by weight on liquid glue/binder).
Fiberline 410 can be used at:
- Single presses
- Multidaylight presses
- Continous presses
Fiberline 412 is a wetting agent for the Particle Board, OSB and MDF industry.

Fiberline 412A can be used at:
- Single presses
- Multidaylight presses
- Continous presses
Fiberline 413 is a special release agent for MDI bonded Particle Board, OSB and MDF boards.
Fiberline 413 can be used as it supplied or diluted 1:1 with water and must be sprayed continuously into the blow line. Consumption is approx. in the range of 0.15 % - 0.30 % based upon dry measure of fibre. (Face only)
Fiberline 413 is especially suitable for the production of such boards with single presses or multidaylight presses.
Fiberline 409 K 100 is a special release agent for the Particle Board, OSB and MDF industry.
Fiberline 409 K 100 can be diluted 1:3 – 1:6 with water and must be applied continuously on the belts/press plates. Dilution ratio depends on possible spray volume per m².
Fiberline 409 K 100 is especially developed for PMDI boards.
Fiberline 409 K 100 can be applied by spray guns or Weko/Imal system.
Fiberline 409 K 100 are mainly used at continuous press lines
HT-490 is a special high temperature oil providing excellent lubrication even at high temperatures and loads.
Lube has only a low evaporation losses at high temperatures. When properly applied, it does not form any lacquer-like residues.
Lube offers excellent penetrating properties and thus ensures a rapid lubricating film formation.
HT-490 is designed for the continuous press system which operate at very high temperatures.
The most complex lubrication points on the moving parts in the heating and compression area are:
steel belts, carpets of calibrated rollers, heating platens
roller bar chains
contact pressure and aligning chains
steel belts, beds of roller chains, heating platens
Friction points, i.e. steel belts/roller bars or chain carpets are fully exposed to the heating/compressing temperature.
Woodworking industry. Especially suitable for double belt presses like ContiRoll, Küsters press etc.
CL-90 is an excellent product for the cleaning of metal-, aluminium- and epoxy moulds or similar objects. As a cleaning agent it is extremely efficient in removing various deposits of urea-, melamine-,phenolic-,epoxy and polyester resins, residues of thermoplastics, all kind of waxes, release agents, adhesives and polyurethane foam.
