Description

Glasslube 760 is a solid free transparent synthetic oil for extremely heavy loads and high temperature lubrication.
Glasslube 760 forms a lubricating film with excellent load carrying ability even at extreme temperatures.
Glasslube 760 leaves virtually no residues even when overheated. No hard carbon in lines of central lubrication systems, no hard residues in plain bearings, joints, etc. Due to its good viscosity/temperature characteristics and excellent adhesion, Glasslube 760 retains its lubricity, reduces friction and offers optimum wear protection at temperatures up to + 180°C.
Glasslube 760 is much more economical in use than conventional mineral or synthetic oils thanks to its superior creep properties, adhesion and thermal stability

Application
Glasslube 760 is miscible with glycol-based oils. Maximum performance however only if applied unmixed.
Glasslube 760 cannot be mixed with synthetic oils.

Description of Application Ranges

Glasslube 760 is suitable for all lubrication points at normal and high temperatures in the glass industry, e.g., feeder mechanisms, PIV-drives, worm gear feeder drives, conveyor and stacker chains.
Glasslube 760 for chain lubrication with drip-feed lubricator, central lubrication, oil spraying sytems or manually (with brush or oil can) in stenter frames, paint ovens, etc

Description

HT-490 is a special high temperature oil providing excellent lubrication even at high temperatures and loads.
Lube has only a low evaporation losses at high temperatures. When properly applied, it does not form any lacquer-like residues.
Lube offers excellent penetrating properties and thus ensures a rapid lubricating film formation.
HT-490 is designed for the continuous press system which operate at very high temperatures.
The most complex lubrication points on the moving parts in the heating and compression area are:
steel belts, carpets of calibrated rollers, heating platens
roller bar chains
contact pressure and aligning chains
steel belts, beds of roller chains, heating platens
Friction points, i.e. steel belts/roller bars or chain carpets are fully exposed to the heating/compressing temperature.
