SA-593

Description
SA-593 is a silicone stabiliser, which regulates foam cells for application in systems based on polymeric polyols and MDI/TDI mixtures, or preferably raw TDI. The resulting foams have very low fogging values. The concentration of product for use should be between 0,3 and 1,0 parts product in weight for every 100 parts of polyol. Its stabilising capacity is superior to SA-593, being especially recommended for all applications requiring high stability in the foaming process.

SA-594

Description
SA-594 is a silicone stabilizer for the production of cold-cured moulded polyurethane foams. SA-594 is a silicone stabiliser, which regulates foam cells for application in systems based on polymeric polyols and MDI/TDI mixtures, or preferably raw TDI. The resulting foams have very low fogging values. The concentration of product for use should be between 0,3 and 1,0 parts product in weight for every 100 parts of polyol. As a cosurfactant, usually used with SA-594 in a proportion of 10 – 30%, the finish of the surface of the moulded parts is notably improved.

SA-594-35

Description
SA-594-35 is a Silicone surfactant for application in HR-slab stock polyurethane systems where it provides a high stabilizing capacity, as well as in standard polyurethane flexible slabstock foams. SA-594-35 is intended for use in the production of flexible slab stock polyurethane foam. Due to its special chemical structure, it provides maximum stability and has a high nucleating effect on the foam cells, being specially indicated for formulations with medium and very low density.

SA-595 R is a silicone surfactant, intended for use in the production of rigid polyurethane foam and footwear system. Due to its special chemical structure, it provides maximum stability and has a high nucleating effect on the foam cells.
